A Feral spring note

Well, it certainly has been a while, hasn’t it! Take that as a sign that I’ve been booked, busy, and having too much fun in the real world to spend an excess of time in the digital one. 💐

Lately, I’ve been feeling especially feral. Perhaps it’s a bit cliché, but something about the fertile, fecund atmosphere of spring gets my juices flowing and whets my appetite. The birds and the bees, etc., etc. Lately, I have especially been enjoying:

🤎 CBT in the form of electro play (I recently received an Erostek box from a lovely sub and I want to use it more!)
🤎 Extended dates in the form of overnights, lunch + shopping excursions, and spa days

Hudson valley shenanigans
We got to witness this beautiful Alexander Calder work that was one of my favorites. Seeing how the rain interacted with the pieces reminded me of why I love sculpture parks, in all their elemental glory. Featuring a tiny Parker Penn cameo!
I had the absolute pleasure of spending a wonderful evening in Beacon with my dear friend The Villainelle and our sweet Cookie, who took such good care of us. We gallivanted around a rainy Storm King (my first time going!), had a lovely dinner, slept in a gorgeous suite, and spent incredible quality time together on our mini-roadtrip. It’s so special getting to feel the comfort of a years-long dynamic, and reflect on the ways all three of us have grown together. I find that even on quick overnight trips, there’s so much time for bonding and memory making. More of that this summer!
Boston Tour
